The role of a Hub Leader is central to the advancement of the Kingdom Connect Initiative. Hub Leaders serve asconnectors, equippers, and activators, of individuals, knowledge, resources, and systems needed to transform the mountains of influence into the culture of the Kingdom.

As a Hub Leader, you are foremost a developer of people. Therefore, you are stepping into a role that requiresboth spiritual sensitivity and strategic leadership. You will be entrusted to: Equip and develop leaders, foster unity and collaboration across spheres, activate Kingdom assignments within your region, and build systems that support sustainable Kingdom transformation.

This journey will stretch you, refine you, and position you for greater impact. We are looking for leaders who are:Vision-driven, Spirit-led, multiplication-driven and focused on transformation, not maintenance.

The steps to become a Hub Leader includes:

✓ Read the Kingdom Connect Initiative

✓ Complete the Registration
✓ Take the Church to Kingdom Culture Conformity Assessment
✓ Take the Five-Fold Ministry Assessment
✓ Sign the KCI Covenant
✓ Complete Hub Leader training

Upon completion, Hub Leaders receive the Kingdom Connect Initiative Starter Kit which includes:
